Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce a new EAF service, providing direct sailing with competitive transit time.

Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to some of ONE surcharges. The new levels will be applicable from Hong Kong and Macau across all trade lanes and services wef 1st April 2021.

In order to continuously provide a reliable service to our customers, ONE will implement the CNTR SVC FEE (CSV), a service fee based on actual use, for the container late gate-in to terminal. For cargoes export from Hong Kong and Macau wef 1st April 2021.

In order to continuously provide a reliable service to our customers, ONE will implement the Manual SI Fee (MSF), a service fee for the submission of shipping instruction (SI) via non-electronic platforms. For cargoes export from Hong Kong and Macau wef 1st April 2021.

To offer a better service to our customers, effective from 1 April 2021, all shipping instruction (SI) submission will be managed via ONE eCommerce platform and other electronic platforms.
