Due to the ongoing security situation in the Middle East, a number of our services have been disrupted. Operations are currently subject to multiple constraints and contingency measures, and the duration of these conditions remains uncertain.

Due to the exceptional operational and security challenges in the Middle East region,
including the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz, Ocean Network Express (ONE) has
implemented contingency measures across the affected routes, including alternative routings
and operational adjustments, to prioritize safety and maintain continuity of service.

Due to the ongoing situation in the Red Sea and Middle East, industry-wide disruptions continue, including delays and congestion at affected ports. To ensure we can continue meeting customer needs and maintain service continuity in the region, despite the increased direct and indirect operational costs, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is implementing an Emergency Surcharge (EMS).
