There is an update on "The Announcement of Collection of Special Amendment Fee for Export From HK & China", the charge name is changed from "Special Amendment Fee" to "Compensation for Breach of Agreement".  The "Compensation for Breach of Agreement" will be charged on the shipment of Cargo Commodity being Misstated, according to different nature of the Amendment Requests and at different levels to customers who have concealed, omitted or misstated any particulars in Description of Goods.  For more information, please press
