As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until 11th March 2022.

ONE is pleased to announce two new services EA3 (East Africa 3 (Mombasa)) and EA4 (East Africa 4 (Dar Es Salaam)) , providing direct outbound sailing from Nansha to Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam with competitive transit time.

Our counter service will be temporarily closed from 3 March 2022 to 4 March 2022 and will resume normal on 7 March 2022.

With reference to the Circular: 17/2021 dated 27-Oct-2021, please be informed that
Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) has urged to stop using plastic/metallic seals and
advise ‘Bullet Seal’ are to be used from the Port of Origin in all import-laden containers to be handled through Port of Chittagong.

ONE is pleased to unveil the restructuring of the Asia – East Africa (EAF) service into two new services EA3 (East Africa 3 (Mombasa)) and EA4 (East Africa 4 (Dar Es Salaam)). These two newly created services, the EA3 with a Mombasa loop (including Qingdao) and the EA4’s Dar Es Salaam loop, will provide greater frequency and a more stable schedule. This restructure will benefit ONE's customers with more reliable service.
