As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until December 20th, 2021.

There is an update on "The Announcement of Collection of Special Amendment Fee for Export From HK & China", the charge name is changed from "Special Amendment Fee" to "Compensation for Breach of Agreement". The "Compensation for Breach of Agreement" will be charged on the shipment of Cargo Commodity being Misstated, according to different nature of the Amendment Requests and at different levels to customers who have concealed, omitted or misstated any particulars in Description of Goods.

As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today a further
postponement of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee”. After meetings today with U.S. Port Envoy John
Porcari, ocean liner companies and marine terminal operators, the two ports said the fee will not be
considered prior to December 6th, 2021.
As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today a further
postponement of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee”. After meetings today with U.S. Port Envoy John
Porcari, ocean liner companies and marine terminal operators, the two ports said the fee will not be
considered prior to December 6th, 2021.

Temporary Suspension of South China Feeder Service
Due to the COVID-19 quarantine requirements for the crews of the coastal feeders
running between South China and Hong Kong waters, feeder operators announced
their services will be suspended for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to Lunar New Year
2022, which is Feb. 1 -5, 2022. In consideration of this situation, ONE will temporarily
suspend the acceptance of the cargo bound for the ports in the South China area that
require usage of the domestic feeders to reach the final destination. Any cargo to
South China that can be serviced by an ocean vessel is not affected.
