Ocean Network Express (“ONE”), together with partners the Consortium, have jointly proposed to acquire all the outstanding common shares of Atlas Corp(NYSE:ATCO) on Aug 4th. The consortium believes it has made meaningful progress in its discussions with the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Atlas as announced by Poseidon Acquisition Corp, who is acting on behalf of the consortium.

The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce issued Office Memorandum in
connection with SRO 1562(I)/2022 dated 19th August, 2022, whereby the prohibition
(ban)/complete quantities restrictions imposed on the import of certain categories of
goods, vide SRO 598(I)/2022 dated 19th May, 2022, was withdrawn with immediate
effect.

Earlier this month, Ocean Network Express welcomed 4 interns from Kobe University, Japan. This is the first time ONE has accepted Japanese university students for a weeklong internship program.
