Surcharge Update for FY2026

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs.
Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to the following ONE surcharge.
The new level will be applicable to/from Hong Kong and Macau across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice.
Applicable Charge:
Remarks: for COD requests made after loading onboard, the tariff COD fee will be USD 550 per BL
Additionally, please find the surcharge codes change as follows:

Non-FMC regulated trades April 1st, 2026
FMC regulated trades*, Canada
(*United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii) April 1st, 2026
*For trades governed by the U.S. Shipping Act, the China Maritime Regulations, or other applicable regulatory regimes, quotations or surcharges that differ from the ONE tariff may only apply if they are formally included in a service contract or a service contract amendment that has been filed with the relevant regulatory authority (such as the FMC, SSE, or other applicable bodies). Otherwise, applicable charges will be determined in accordance with the ONE tariff.
