Notice of Surcharge Update

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs.

Please be advised that ONE has completed a review of the ONE Bunker Surcharge (OBS) tariff. The revised OBS tariff will take effect on January 1, 2026. The tariff will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Important notice:

Currently, four fuel related surcharges are in use: OBS, ECA Reg Surcharge (ECA), Low Sulphur NE Outport (NEO) and Low Sulphur Mediterranean Outport (MEO).
We are making this change as a part of simplifying into a single surcharge, OBS. From Jan 2026, ECA, NEO and MEO will be discontinued and only OBS will apply.

This change aims to simplify invoicing for our valued customers. The calculation approach for the new standardized OBS has been structured to align with established industry practices.
