Temporary suspension of Asia Red Sea 1 service (AR1)

Dear Valued Customers,

We regret to inform you that, due to recent security developments around the Red Sea, the AR1 service will be temporarily suspended until further notice. This decision is a proactive measure to prioritize the safety of our crew, vessels, and your cargo.

While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, the suspension is a precautionary measure due to security concerns in the region. We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume the AR1 service as soon as it is deemed safe for vessels to operate in the area again.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any developments and updates regarding the resumption of the AR1 service.

Arrangements for the remaining AR1 shipments are as follows:

  • San Diego Bridge 067W: Discharge in Singapore, followed by connection to MD1 and EES.
  • YM Mutuality 100W: Routing via Cape of Good Hope.
  • YM Moderation 072W: Discharge in Singapore, followed by connection to MD1 and EES.
  • ONE Theseus 086W: Discharge in Singapore, followed by connection to MD1 and EES.

In consideration of the temporary suspension, we have several alternative routes to ensure continued the services for Red Sea regions. If you have any immediate concerns or require additional information, please contact your sales account representative or Customer Service desk for additional information.

Yours faithfully,

Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.
